Saginaw Spirit Hockey Club Return/Exchange Policy

The Merchandising Team seeks to provide quality merchandise with professional customer service to our fans for their enjoyment and identification with our team. To that end, we seek to do business with merchandise suppliers that have the same goals regarding merchandise quality, value, and affordability.

In the event of a return for these purchases, the following guidelines apply:

  1. We will not offer a cash/credit refund, no exceptions.
  2. If returned within 30 days, in saleable condition, with a receipt, a full exchange will be issued for the value of the amount you are returning. This value will be determined by the amount indicated on the receipt.
  3. Returns without receipts or returns after 30 days will not be accepted.

Since the Saginaw Spirit Hockey Team wish to make product as conveniently available to our fans as possible, there may be locations not affiliated with the team where merchandise may be purchased, such as department stores, sporting good stores and gift shops.In this regard, items purchased at locations other than our retail sites must be returned to the store where the purchase was made.

Again, a quality product backed by professional service is our goal. If in the event of an obvious merchandise defect or other concern, the above guidelines may be adjusted on an individual basis. Only the Director of Merchandising can make judgments of this nature. We want to know of any problems with the merchandise we sell, therefore we encourage feedback at any time so we may better serve you in the future.
